Tri-County Appraisal, LLC has been in operation since 1996. Everyone who works in our office is deeply rooted in the communities that we serve, it’s not only where we work, it’s where we live, volunteer and play. Our staff is friendly, professional & willing to help with your valuation process.

Tri-County Appraisal, LLC offers a wide range of appraisal products, specializing in Rural Residential, Recreational & Waterfront property, for lending and non-lending clients. There are many reasons for needing an appraisal, such as; real estate and mortgage transactions, to settle an estate, to determine a price when selling or purchasing real estate, to name a few.

Our company has access to a wide range of data sources including, RANW MLS, Metro MLS, Greater Northwoods MLS, assessor records, county- tax records, register of deeds, GIS maps, and zoning, as well as FEMA, U.S. Census data and Marshall and Swift.
